The ability to choose the games you receive depends on your subscription plan. If you have either the Weekly Gamer or Ultimate Gamer subscription, you have the flexibility and freedom to select the specific games you want to enjoy. However, if you're subscribed to the Beginner subscription plan, we will curate a selection for you. We prioritize quick and efficient delivery for our customers. Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch your games within 2 working days. This ensures you can start enjoying your new board games as soon as possible.

You can keep your games for as long as you have an active subscription. However, to make the most of your subscription we recommend that you return your games monthly.

When you are ready to return your games back to us, please fill in the Return Request form.(https://www.loveboardgames.co.uk/return-request) We’ll email you a Royal Mail prepaid QR code to take to your local Post Office. No need to print anything, just show the code on your phone at the counter.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these repacking instructions carefully: 1) **Organize Components** Make sure all game components are sorted and placed in their respective original packets. This includes cards, tokens, dice, and any other small pieces. 2) **Check Instructions** Refer to the game’s original packing instructions to confirm that each component is stored within the game box. 3) **Box Integrity** Please use the same box to return the games back to us. 4) **Seal** Place the board games back in the box you received them. Close and seal the box with a single piece of the tape provided, remembering to include the roll of tape in the box before you seal it. 5) **Post** Take your packed games with the QR code we emailed you to your nearest Royal Mail post office.(https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/) By carefully repacking your games using these guidelines, you help ensure that the game arrives in its best condition, ready for the next person to enjoy. Our service allows you to keep our games for up to 3 months. However, to make the most of your subscription we recommend that you return them monthly. To place a new order: 1. Return the games currently in your possession. 2. Once we've received the games and verified that all components are intact, we'll send you a confirmation email. 3. Only after receiving our confirmation email will you be able to place your next order.

There’s no need to justify your reasons for cancelling and we promise not to upsell you to try and keep you.
