  • How many games can I order each time?
    Our goal is to keep your gaming shelf fresh and exciting! You can place one order per month, and the number of games you receive depends on your subscription level. With our Beginner subscription, you can order up to 2 games each time. With our Weekly Gamer subscription, you can order up to 4 games each time. For those who want even more variety, the Ultimate Gamer subscription offers up to 6 games at a time. Happy gaming!
  • Can I choose the games I want?
    The ability to choose the games you receive depends on your subscription plan. If you have either the Weekly Gamer or Ultimate Gamer subscription, you have the flexibility and freedom to select the specific games you want to enjoy. However, if you're subscribed to the Beginner subscription plan, we will curate a selection for you. We ensure that a diverse and engaging assortment of games is sent your way to enhance your gaming experience and introduce you to new and exciting options.
  • How long will it take for my games to be dispatched?
    We prioritize quick and efficient delivery for our customers. Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch your games within 2 working days. This ensures you can start enjoying your new board games as soon as possible.
  • How long can I keep my games for?
    You can keep your games for up to 3 months. When you receive them on the post, please check the expiring date of your return label on the instructions. However, to make the most of your subscription we recommend that you return your games monthly.
  • When can I place a new order after I post my games back?
    We will wait until we receive the games, check that all the components are in good condition, and that you're in the new payment period for your membership to receive new games. We will email you to let you know. Keep an eye on your spam folder!
  • How often can I place an order?
    Our service allows you to keep our games for up to 3 months. However, to make the most of your subscription we recommend that you return them monthly. To place a new order: Return the games currently in your possession. Once we've received the games and verified that all components are intact, we'll send you a confirmation email. Only after receiving our confirmation email will you be able to place your next order.
  • How do I repack my games ready for shipping when returning them?
    To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these repacking instructions carefully: 1) **Organize Components** Make sure all game components are sorted and placed in their respective original packets. This includes cards, tokens, dice, and any other small pieces. 2) **Check Instructions** Refer to the game’s original packing instructions to confirm that each component is stored within the game bag. 3) **Box Integrity** Please use the same box to return the games back to us. 4) **Seal and Label** Close the box, but do not seal it. Place it in the postal bag it came in. Seal the bag with packing tape and attach the return label. 5) **Post** Go to your nearest EVRI shop and post the box. By carefully repacking your games using these guidelines, you help ensure that the game arrives in its best condition, ready for the next person to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
  • Where do I post my parcel back?
    Please go to your nearest EVRI shop to return your games.
  • Do I have to pay for delivery?
    Absolutely not! We're thrilled to offer a seamless gaming experience right from your first click to your doorstep. Delivery costs are included in the subscription price, ensuring that once you become a member, all shipping fees are covered. Enjoy an exceptional selection of board games with the added convenience of free delivery every time you order! That said, if you miss the 3 month delivery window and your postage label expires, you will be responsible for return postage.
  • Can I change or cancel my subscription?
    Yes and yes! We understand that flexibility is key. If you want to change your subscription, simply email us at hello@loveboardgames.co.uk and, after you have returned any games you currently have, we will adjust your subscription according to your preference. If you wish to cancel your subscription, the process is equally straightforward. Just email us at hello@loveboardgames.co.uk, and after returning any games, we will promptly cancel your subscription. There’s no need to justify your reasons for cancelling and we promise not to upsell you to try and keep you. We respect your decision and we're here to make your Love Board Games experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
  • What if there are missing pieces from the games I received?
    We take great care to ensure that all game components are thoroughly checked before shipment. However, if you find that there are missing pieces from the games you received, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@loveboardgames.co.uk. We will quickly assist you in resolving the issue by either sending you the missing pieces or providing an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
  • Can I purchase the game that I borrowed from you?

  • What happens if a game gets damaged or a piece gets missing?
    We cherish every game in our collection and hope all our customers do too. However, we understand that accidents can happen. If a game you have borrowed gets damaged or if a piece goes missing, please let us know as soon as possible.   • Will the games be shipped in their original box?
    We are committed to ensuring the safety and integrity of our board games. Therefore, games will not be shipped in their original retail packaging. This is to ensure that boxes do not get damaged and to reduce the chances of theft/resale. They will be securely packaged in high-quality protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.
